Drawing Rules:
1. All unsold tickets at 6:00 pm June 20, 2025 become property of Winfield VFD
2. Winning number must EXACTLY match the Maryland Lottery Pick 4 Evening Drawing on June 20, 2025
3. The winner will be notified utilizing the information they provided on the ticket stub, make sure it is correct!
4. Ticket stubs must be filled out completely and readable. Winfield VFD is not responsible for un-readable writing on the stub, changes in phone numbers or voicemail boxes that are full. Three attempts will be made to contact each winner via the phone number listed. So please ensure we will be able to read your hand written information or ask someone who has better hand writing than you.
5. Winfield VFD or any person, business or organization assisting/participating/sponsoring in/with this drawing assumes no liability for any claims of injury, mentally or physically or other any other damages and you purchasing this ticket indicates that you agree with such.
6. Winfield VFD is not responsible for any printing errors.
7. Winfield VFD members are eligible for prizes via tickets they may have purchased.
8. Winner is responsible for any fees associated with any prizes awarded.
9. Winner must be able to pass all State/Federal Background checks. If you are unable to pass the background checks you will FORFEIT ALL PRIZES.
10. No prizes will be awarded/distributed until all background checks are passed
11. If the winner is under the age of 21, MKP Tactical will work with the winner in regard to the handguns until the winner is of legal age, meets all of Federal/Maryland requirements to obtain a handgun.
12. All firearms must be claimed at MKP Tactical, LLC 1625 West Old Liberty Rd. Sykesville, MD 21784. Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of the drawing and picked up within 50 days of the drawing (unless an agreement is made with MKP Tactical)
13. For those purchasing your ticket via "online sales" on Winfield VFD website: Your ticket stub will be completed by Winfield VFD and your ticket will be mailed to you via USPS.
